I am a girl with the skin, including fat / dry (but oily, sometimes). I am in the early morning hours (for me), at least, what causes bags under the eyes. Do not rub your eyes (I mean bags can produce). How can I prevent the bags under the eyes are trained? They are very interesting for me, and I will not be formed. Help?
